Fixation

Using of special adapted fixations for type products reduces considerably the risk of their damage within their transportation and handling.
Ekoline
The PPO Company offers a wide range of returnable packaging under the trademark of EKO-LINE (ECOnomical & ECOlogical) made of PP and PE materials.
This year, the EKO-LINE product line was "double" awarded, as it won the PACKAGE OF THE YEAR 2005 as well as LOG-IN 2005 awards.
Ecofoldbox
Ecofoldbox is a compact folding system with a self-assembly arrangement featuring an easy-to-use folding and unfolding system.
Thanks to its sophisticated structure the method of assembly is securely fastened to the box and its components even when folded. The assembly system ensures maximum protection of the sensitive surface of stored products, can be adjusted exactly according to the customer’s requirements and is easy to maintain.
Ecofoldbox won the PACKAGE OF THE YEAR AWARD 2008 in a national competition organized by the packaging association Syba as well as the WORLDSTAR FOR PACKAGING AWARD 2008 in a competition organized by the World Packaging Organisation.
Smartfoldbox
The Smartfold box from the company Plastové Přepravní Obaly has established itself very quickly thanks to its original construction and innovative solution. This success was capped off by it being awarded PACKAGING OF THE YEAR 2007 in the category of transport and technological packaging, which is the seventh time in a row for our company.
Plastic crates
Plastic crates have been for a lot of years an inseparable part of materials and products flow for single branches of industry. Thanks to their construction, simple handling, life service and a wide range of supplements they find their use in food, non-food industry, in storage and transport of car spare parts and a lot of other applications.
Plastic pallets
In the connection with the rising of quality pallet claims, the pallets made of plastic have been pushing ahead recently which are thanks to a wide variability of technology of production offered today in many forms from small sizes 600x400mm, 800x600mm suitable for a display sale and quick turning goods distribution, across standard dimensions 1200x800mm and 1200x1000mm up to many non-typical dimensions.
Plastic pallets are predominantly made of fully hygienic materials HDPE or HDPP which enable to use these pallets in food production where the great accent is put on hygiene.
The main preference of plastic pallets despite their low weight is a high laden resistance, further more weather influence resistance but also above all a minimal weight difference of single pallets of the same kind +/- 1 % which is very important for weight takeover especially in food industry. All these qualities provide plastic pallets a high service life and also not small economic savings in comparison with the use of wooden pallets.
