Hygienic pallets
Plastic pallets from PTP company fulfil new strong requirements for construction and implementation for operation in hygienic conditions of food industry.
The unique design of pallets without sharp corners, edges and open stiffeners creating "U" profile, ensures completely closed water proof construction which increases convincing advantages. Maximal cleanness is warranted by automatic or manual washing and thanks to a constructional design and smooth surface it is not time and economic consuming. Completely closed and round pallet construction has been awarded by "LIPPE TIC" institution. Pallets are suitable for handling, storing and transport of food products.
HS-1
Hygienic pallet HS-1 of the weight of 18 kg and size 1200x800x160mm is a new improved pallet drawing from experience with the pallet EURO H-1. Pallet design is both sides smooth with round edges on all places to provide easy cleaning and to prevent dirtiness deposit.
Absorption stroke zones represent an innovation element of the pallet HS-1 which are placed in the corner construction of this pallet to prevent splitting it means damage of the pallet in a stroke or falling down.
PIt is possible to weight the pallet by the static carrying capacity of 5000 kg, dynamic 1500 kg and carrying capacity in shelves weighting of 1100 kg. It is also possible to equip the pallet with peripheral or alternatively central stop skid blocks against slipping of transport packing handling with them. The pallet HS-1 will be a perfect supplement to the pallets of PO117 E type (1200x800x160 mm,18 kg) which have become a standard type for Czech food chains and producers.
The pallet HS-1 is fully compatible with all sorts of pallets and crates in an euro size.
